Impact

It demonstrates how technology and faith-based education can work together to build strong, mission-driven communities.

Project Overview

I designed and implemented a full Learning Management System (LMS) for the Iglesia Bautista del Centro in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to support the training and development of church leaders. The platform was built using WordPress and customized to meet the specific needs of a growing leadership training program within the faith-based context.

Today, the platform hosts over 40 courses and has trained more than 2,000 students, becoming a key resource for leadership formation within the church community.

Objectives

  • Create a scalable and user-friendly platform to train leaders in theology, ministry, and leadership skills.

  • Offer a centralized space for course delivery, tracking, and certification.

  • Ensure accessibility for a wide range of users, including remote learners and volunteers.

  • Integrate multimedia learning resources into an intuitive interface.

My Contribution

  • Developed the full LMS using WordPress with custom plugins and course structures.

  • Designed the user flow, course templates, and instructor access system.

  • Created onboarding materials and tutorials for course facilitators and students.

  • Supported content upload and quality control for over 40 training courses.
