Project Overview

FolkloreAcademy is a mobile app designed to teach and celebrate Latin American folk music through a modern, subscription-based digital platform. The app includes a curated music library featuring lyrics, scores, and structured instructional content. The goal is to provide accessible, culturally-rich music education to a broad audience across Latin America and beyond.


Objectives

  • Create a structured learning path for users interested in folk music traditions.

My Contribution

  • Designed the learning architecture of the platform, defining learning levels and modular content progression.

  • Developed instructional videos using Camtasia, including visual cues and overlays to enhance musical understanding.

  • Applied microlearning methodology to optimize content for mobile users.

  • Worked on the visual and UI design of the app to ensure an intuitive and culturally resonant experience.
