Impact

The videos were well-received by internal stakeholders and used as part of the university’s technology awareness program. The project highlighted the power of AI in instructional design, demonstrating how emerging tools can improve speed, accessibility, and consistency in content delivery.

Project Overview

As part of a digital awareness initiative, I created two short cybersecurity training videos for the Baptist University of Florida, using the AI-powered video platform Synthesia. These videos were designed to educate faculty and staff on essential security practices, such as password hygiene, phishing detection, and safe browsing habits.

The use of AI-generated presenters allowed for fast production, professional delivery, and a consistent visual style, reducing costs and development time while maintaining quality.

Objectives

  • Promote basic cybersecurity awareness in a clear and concise format.
